the rooftop bar was noisy. IT was right above my room on the twelfth floor! I could hear music and the dragging of furniture. The breakfast buffet had melon that was slimy. I expect better.

The staff was really great and helpful! I checked in three hours early plus the hotel held my bags for five hours. Breakfast features delicious options and everything looks lovely.

The elevators seemed to take a longer than usual.

the staff was friendly. that was acceptable.

the gym was missing, i really needed a workout. the absence of an on-site fitness center was a significant letdown. also, the restaurant prices felt too high. it was as if they were exploiting the fact that i had few alternatives nearby, and this left a sour taste. i couldn't help but feel somewhat cornered by the inflated costs.
